Kendriya Vidyalaya Haldwani Cantt., situated in Nainital district in the Terai region of Uttarakhand, is committed to setting high standards in the field of education and to fulfill the educational needs of the children. The school is running in two shifts in a temporary building in the Cantonment premises. The team of trained and skilled teachers of Science, Arts and Commerce faculties is continuously striving to achieve its goal under the standards set by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.

The ultimate goal of Kendriya Vidyalaya is to develop the spirit of national unity and Indianness in physically healthy, mentally aware and character-wise well mannered students. To achieve this sacred goal, various skills are developed in students through co-curricular activities. With the tireless hard work of the teachers, support of the parents, guidance of the Chairman of the School Management Committee and Deputy Commissioner of Dehradun Division, Kendriya Vidyalaya Haldwani Cantt. is committed to achieve its goal for the overall development of the students.
